How To Check Quality In Construction..

The work performed by each individual in the building trade has a decisive effect on the success of any construction project – whether for new construction or renovation. Use our five-phase check. With it, we will assist you through all stages of a construction project:

Concrete Mix:
The concrete strength requirement depends on the structure's load. Builders closely monitor the strength of the concrete mix. As it is not always possible to monitor the preparation of concrete mix on the site, ready-mix is a better alternative. Ask the builder for certification of concrete mix provided by a testing laboratory.
Structural Design:
Making sense of the design and layout blueprints is difficult for a lay person. However, one can ask for the design created by the project's architects and seek help from a third-party professional to make sure that everything is in place. For instance, the building should have the strength to withstand earthquakes of a certain magnitude.
Wall Thickness:
Builders should mention the width of the walls in layout plans and booking/purchase agreements. Visiting the site while the construction is on to check that the builder is adhering to the original plan?
Finishing:
Once the unit is ready, the quality of plaster, tiles, marbles and paints should be visible to the naked eye. If you have any doubt, ask the builder about the brands used. The use of poor-quality paints and tiles means you will have to replace them early.

Fixtures:
When developers promise certain fixtures and finishing, it is assumed that they will be of satisfactory quality. It's a wrong approach. One must always check if bathroom fittings, wires, electrical fittings, etc, have been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards.

How Cyclone Created..

cyclone is an area of closed, circular fluid motion rotating in the same direction as the Earth. This is usually characterized by inward spiraling winds that rotate counter-clockwise

The main source of energy for tropical cyclones is the warm oceans in the tropical regions. To initiate a tropical cyclone the sea-surface temperature generally needs to be above 26.5°C.

The development of a tropical cyclone also relies on favorable broad-scale wind regimes and can persist for several days with many following quite erratic paths.

As the air moves toward the center of the disturbance, it “curves” or “spirals”, rather than flowing in a straight line. This spiral effect comes from the rotation of the Earth – as air moves over large distances, the Earth moves underneath it, producing a spiral effect.

When the winds in the rotating storm reach 39 mph (63 kmph), the storm is called a “tropical storm”. And when the wind speeds reach 74 mph (119 kmph), the storm is officially a “tropical cyclone” or hurricane. Tropical cyclones usually weaken when they hit land, because they are no longer being “fed” by the energy from the warm ocean waters. However, they often move far inland, dumping many centimeters of rain and causing lots of wind damage before they die out completely.

       2)     Dow Hill, Kurseong, West Bengal

Let's Respect Women

"A Women Brought You in this world therefor you have no right to disrespect One."

"Making men understand that, in the end, women are the reason for they being men”

The rampant crimes against women like molestation, eve teasing and domestic violence call for immediate and effective intervention by the society to curb this demon. This situation is not isolated only to the towns. This can be seen in villages, mini towns or anywhere these days.
“We Live in a World Raised by Women. Let’s respect that”

We also associate with organizations, private or public, to provide this training for their women employees under welfare program. Any interested organization or company can call us any time to implement this program and make their women employees more stronger.

How to boost-up you self Confidence in 1 Day..

Identify your talents.
Everyone is good at something, so discover the things at which you excel, and then focus on your talents. Give yourself permission to take pride in them. When you're following your passion, not only will it have a therapeutic effect, but you'll feel unique and accomplished, all of which can help build your self confidence.

Do something you have been putting off.
Like writing or calling a friend, cleaning the house, tidying the garden, fixing the car, organizing the bills, making a tasty and healthy meal - anything that involved you making a decision, then following through.

Stop thinking about yourself.
I know this sounds strange, but low self esteem is often accompanied by too much focus on the self. Doing something that absorbs you and holds your attention can quickly make you feel better.

Remember all the things you have achieved.
This can be difficult at first, but after a while, you'll develop a handy mental list of self-esteem boosting memories. And if you're thinking "But I've never achieved anything", I'm not talking about climbing Everest here.

Get sober.
Get help through 12-step groups to stop self-destructive behaviors. Addictions block learning and drag down our mood. Identify them and replace them with self-care.

Explore Yourself.
“Know thyself” is an old saying passed down through the ages, to encourage us to engage in self-exploration. Also opening yourself up to new opportunities, new thoughts, trying out something new, new viewpoints, and new friendships.

Life becomes simpler and lighter.
When you like or love yourself more then things simply become easier..    You won’t drag yourself down or beat yourself up over simple mistakes or over not reaching a perfect and inhuman standard.
Remind yourself of the benefits.
A simple but powerful way to motivate yourself and to keep that motivation up daily is to write down the deeply felt benefits you will get from following this new path or reaching a goal. When your list is done then save it and put it somewhere where you will see it every day. For instance in your workspace or on your fridge.

How to succeed in life within 10 days...

Build your skills.

Study hard in school and then spend the rest of your life dedicated to becoming better and better at whatever you do. Being good at what you do is the surest way to succeed and create circumstances in which you can better your life.Take extra classes and training once you’ve settled into a career to refresh your skills and learn the latest techniques and practices.

Networking is a great way to move yourself up in  the world and get the things you want for your life. Make lots of friends. Meet people that are in well-placed positions in environments where you would like to work. Show everyone you meet how hard you work and how good you are with others. Show them the incredible skills you’ve built. Everyone will be itching to recommend you for opportunities they see crop up.

A lot of the time, making poor money decisions is what holds us back in life. Avoid large debts, buy only what you need and no more, and avoid unreliable investments.

Know your strong points.

These include reflection, consideration and patience. Use these to build up your self-confidence and to tide yourself through life's low points when you feel that you are swimming against the tide.Always trust in yourself and your abilities, for you are getting there and you will conquer the difficulties in ways that others can only dream of.

Make a list of your goals

Be sure to address both short-term and long-term goals; try to think beyond Financial career goals.Consider which subjects you enjoyed studying in school, and why. This can help give you an idea of what you may be best at or more interested in.

Manage your time.

Putting off important tasks until the last minute can cause you unnecessary stress, and increases the likelihood of errors. Manage your time so that you have enough time to complete a task effectively.Make a list of all the things you need to do in a given day, and check off each task as you complete it. This will help you stay organized and motivated.

Don't compare your own life to other peoples' lives.

If you want to feel accomplished and happy, you will have to stop comparing your life to other peoples' lives. Rather than comparing yourself with people who are "better off" than you, think about all of the people who are homeless, chronically ill, or living in poverty. This will help you appreciate what you have rather than feeling sorry for yourself.
Constantly educate yourself.
Just because you graduated college does not mean you stop learning. Your life experiences from now on will prove to be the best teachers. College has given you a good idea as to what to expect in the real world, but your experiences will forever ingrain new lessons into your mind.

Acceptance is best way to stress free...

"Acceptance doesn't mean resignation; it means understanding that something is what it is and that there's got to be a way through it."

Ø There are two ways out of a problem: accept what’s happening, see the positive, and choose a peaceful state of mind or fight against it, be miserable, and struggle against the universe.

Ø Practicing acceptance prepares you to live in this changing world, where you never know what’s going to happen next. Acceptance is like protecting yourself with your own shield.

Ø Choose not to judge what happens to you. Instead believe that everything happens for a reason and that better things will always follow. That’s the beginning of true acceptance.

Ø One of the greatest sources of unhappiness is the difficulty we have in accepting things as they are.

Ø When you accept a negative emotion, it tends to lose its destructive power. This is surprising and counter intuitive to many people, but if you think about it for a while, you will see the logic of this approach.

Ø You are changing.  The universe around you is changing.  Just because something was right for you in the past doesn’t mean it still is.  This could be a relationship, a job, a home, a habit, etc.

Ø The lifestyle you’ve been living no longer fits.  The specific people and routines you’ve known forever no longer align with your values.  So you cherish all the memories, but find yourself letting go and moving on.

Let's Fight Against terrorism.....

  • Do not take news bulletin lightly. Do not step out of the house if you come across news reports of terror attack.
  • Call your relatives and friends and ask them to stay back home.
  • Keep all helpline numbers such as numbers of hospitals, blood banks, police stations, etc. handy.
  • Keep your mobile phone charged and make sure that you will not run out of balance on such tricky situation.
  • Be alert. If you come across any suspicious person or belongings, immediately report to the authority.
  • Try to analyse the situation. Rumors spread easily in such situations. Try to know the facts from reliable sources.
  • While traveling, instead of looking outside the window keep your eye under the seats for any suspicious stuff.
  • Look for a place to hide in case of a sudden gunfire or bombarding.

Only Trust Yourself...

 Ø  Keep promises to yourself:

Developing self-trust also includes becoming your own best friend, keeping promises to yourself. “Making a commitment and keeping it builds trust.”
For instance, you might make the commitment to create and sustain a boundary.

 Ø  Ground yourself:
If you find yourself being pulled into negative thoughts stemming from past experiences or comments from others, staying present is key to being able to Focus on the Positive.Sometimes it’s as simple as getting outside in nature.

Ø Avoid people who undermine your self-trust:

The people who undermine your self-trust are the ones who use you or don’t want you to succeed, Wall said. They’re the “dream smashers and naysayers.”
While you probably didn’t have control over having negative people in your life when you were a child, you do have control today. Think about the individuals who surround you. Do they support you? Do you really want them in your life?
 Ø Balance the negative.
If you find that voices of the critical gremlins (both inner and outer) are way too loud, drown them out (or at least balance them) with your own chants of self-praise.
This can be hard when you’re in a real funk and find it difficult to access encouraging words for yourself. To counter these voices you may find it helpful to write down 5 to 10 positive things about yourself in a handy mini notepad.
 Ø Nurture yourself.
It’s easy to get lost in the sea of self-doubt when we forget to take care of or own needs. Make sure you have enough play time (away from work to balance the work and play). Be sure to stay hydrated with plenty of water throughout the day (not all at once), get enough sleep, and eat healthily.

How to face Difficulties in Life with Smile...

"Every One faces Challenges in Life. Its Matter of how you learn to overcome them and use them to your advantage.."

Ø Accept that there is a problem. Acceptance will elevate you to a better understanding about the problem. Once you accept it's reality, you will open up to a lot of possibilities on how to deal with it. Accepting the facts that trials, troubles and difficulties spare no man and it is as inevitable as the sunrise.

Ø Face the problem and work on the solution. The wise and mature individual can turn a problem into a growth-giving experience. If you have learned how to accept the reality of trouble in your life, if you have learned how to deal with it effectively, then you can be relatively happy.

Ø The secret of a happy life lies in accepting and knowing. We must understand that since problem cannot be avoided, knowledge and skills for dealing with them is not enough. We must possess a healthy dose of courage to rise up and stand the ground and have faith in the Greater Power that creates us, cares about us and watches over our destinies.

Ø Get comfortable with fear. Invite fear into your life. When you fear something, move toward it.  Feel it, and breathe through it.

Ø Do the things that frighten you. Action builds courage. Tell yourself, “This fear will pass.” Your world expands as your courage expands.
Ø Ask your family and friends for encouragement. My family can see your strength when you forget you have it. Family Members are generous with praise and encouragement.
Ø Move On  "Don't find fault, find a remedy. Focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer. Don't just panic as `worry is like a rocking chair - it gives you something to do but won't get you anywhere." Learn to think `how' rather than waste time with futile "ifs".

Life is full of difficulties and obstacles, from birth to death. At times, Life seems like a hurdle race. We are sure of encountering hurdles, but almost always we are taken by surprise. It is necessary to accept that life in general is full of difficulties and adversities.
