Dos and Don't s in Heavy Rain...

Monsoon awake the nature from a deep sleep and the entire dry land turns into beautiful green colored Picturesque Landscape. The rains mean that the country will be able to grow the crops needed to feed its population, politicians can be assured of another term in office, film-makers can be inspired, artists can use the rains as their muse, children can slosh around the rain puddles and lovers can use it as their aphrodisiac.
But there are some pros and cons of it so let’s today we will get some tips to enjoy safe monsoon in heavy rain.

Do & Don’t s
  • ·     Plan the journey such that you reach your destination within daylight hours.
  • ·     Listen to radio or television station for local information
  • ·     Stay away from flood waters. They could be contaminated
  • ·     Do not walk through moving water. Six inches of moving water can knock you off your feet, If you must walk in flooded area, walk where the water is not moving. Use stick to check the firmness of the ground in front of you.
  • ·     Be aware of flush floods. If there is any possibilities of a flash flood occurring, Move immediately to higher ground.
  • ·     Don’t Cross through running water. The water could be deeper than you think and it could be moving with lots of more force than you think so there’s a chance your vehicle could get pushed around a little, or even swept away in the current.
  • ·     Carry a mobile phone in case you encounter any difficulties during your journey.

How To Check Quality In Construction..

The work performed by each individual in the building trade has a decisive effect on the success of any construction project – whether for new construction or renovation. Use our five-phase check. With it, we will assist you through all stages of a construction project:

Concrete Mix:
The concrete strength requirement depends on the structure's load. Builders closely monitor the strength of the concrete mix. As it is not always possible to monitor the preparation of concrete mix on the site, ready-mix is a better alternative. Ask the builder for certification of concrete mix provided by a testing laboratory.
Structural Design:
Making sense of the design and layout blueprints is difficult for a lay person. However, one can ask for the design created by the project's architects and seek help from a third-party professional to make sure that everything is in place. For instance, the building should have the strength to withstand earthquakes of a certain magnitude.
Wall Thickness:
Builders should mention the width of the walls in layout plans and booking/purchase agreements. Visiting the site while the construction is on to check that the builder is adhering to the original plan?
Finishing:
Once the unit is ready, the quality of plaster, tiles, marbles and paints should be visible to the naked eye. If you have any doubt, ask the builder about the brands used. The use of poor-quality paints and tiles means you will have to replace them early.

Fixtures:
When developers promise certain fixtures and finishing, it is assumed that they will be of satisfactory quality. It's a wrong approach. One must always check if bathroom fittings, wires, electrical fittings, etc, have been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards.

Its Time to change our self....

Royal Infrastructure is with you..

In response to the clarion call given by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Swachh Bharat (Clean India), the Nation witnessed a wave of enthusiasts wielding the broom and taking up the cleanliness pledge. Earlier, the Prime Minister wrote a message to citizens stating, “A clean India is the best tribute we can pay to Bapu when we celebrate his 150th birth anniversary in 2019. I urge every one of you to devote at least hundred hours every year towards cleanliness. We can't let India remain unclean any longer.” On 2nd October, the launch of the mission was followed by Prime Minister flagging off a walkathon at Rajpath. Shri Modi visited Rajghat followed by Valmiki Basti (a housing colony), where he swept streets for a symbolic start. The mission has extended to every nook and corner of the country. Various tasks and discussions relating to Swachh Bharat Abhiyan also featured on the MyGov platform in order to involve more and more people in the mission. To propel the campaign further, MyGov has introduced a creative and collaborative platform, http://sbchallenge.mygov.in where citizens can share their contributions to this remarkable movement with pictures and videos. Another platform, http://sbupdate.mygov.in brings together various efforts by government departments and organizations in cleaning public buildings and nearby localities. Government employees and organizations can directly log in with their @nic.in or @gov.in accounts to publish their activities under the campaign.
